We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS practitioner to join our dedicated Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive setting where child-led learning and strong team collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of child development and early learning, with proven experience of working within the EYFS framework. They will support the delivery of high-quality early years provision by working with individuals and small groups of children with a range of abilities. In addition, they will at times, provide one-to-one support for designated pupils, tailored to meet their specific learning and developmental needs.
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Headteacher and EYFS lead, demonstrating a knowledgeable and proactive approach to early years teaching and learning. They will implement effective strategies to support the class teacher in promoting the development and progress of all children, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.

There will be a requirement to provide lunchtime supervisor duties. The post is fixed term to August 2026. Currently this post is over 4 days with the possibility of increasing to 5 days.
