What you’ll do:

Support the Senior Shift Leader in the daily running of the production hall. Ensure safe working practices are always followed, including permit to work, isolations and LOTOTO procedures. Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met. Lead, guide and develop team members, addressing skill gaps and challenging unsafe or incorrect behaviours. Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality.

What you’ll bring:

Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar environment. Strong people management skills with the ability to coach, challenge, and support others. A safety-first mindset with knowledge of workplace H&S requirements. Basic IT computer skills. Organised, accurate, and resilient. A proactive approach and drive to achieve high standards.
