What will the scheme involve?

This three-year leadership development scheme is packed with variety and challenges designed to prepare you for your first managerial position. The scheme is composed ofdifferentstints that allow you tospecializewithin an acrossfunctions.

Thesestintssplit between your chosenspecialization, enabling you to build functional depth, alongside rotations across the otherstintsto build breadth of knowledge. You may also complete an out of function rotation.

As a part of theCustomer Business Development team, you will work closely with business teams;

to ensure our brands are available wherever our customers are shopping Managing relationships with key retailers through skill and sensitivity makes all the difference,to conduct advanced sales data analysis to identify trends, forecast product demand, and optimize pricing and promotional strategies across different retail channels and customer segments,to collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure excellent in-stock availability and optimize logistics solutions, directly impacting customer satisfaction and revenue targets

Who are we looking for?

Fresh graduates ofbachelor's or master'sDegreesIndividuals with 0-3years of work experienceFluent in EnglishStrong analytical skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a multi-cultural environmentDrivingLicense(will be added for CBD JD)

Step 2: Profile Assessment

Complete two stages of profile assessment; a portrait personality test and an onlineassessment. These are designed to look at different elements of your cognitive,emotional,and social traits. You will receivepersonalizedfeedback after completingeach stage.

Step 3: Digital Interview:

The digital interview will consist of questionsfollowed by a business case.

You willbe asked to solve real-world problems using Unilever scenarios.Youllbe able torecordand complete your interview anytime and anywhere.

Step 4: Discovery Centre:

You will be invited to a ‘day in the life of a Future Leader at Unilever. You will get toexperience a face-to-face day filled with several exciting activities including projectmeetings, business challenges, a team meeting with Unilever colleagues, and aninterview.
