Key Considerations for Aspiring Candidates:

• Program Specialization: You will have the opportunity to select one program from the following:
  • ULIP Regular: Broadly open to various functions including Finance, Human Resources, Business Operations (Supply Chain), Customer Development, and Marketing.
  • ULIP Customer Development Area: This track is specifically for those interested in Customer Development roles and will involve placements across Indonesia.
• Commitment: The program requires a full-time commitment for a duration of six months, running from 17 November 2025 to 16 May 2026.
• Eligibility: Candidates should be either final-year students or recent graduates. Indonesian citizenship is a requirement. A minimum Bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.30 is necessary.
• Demonstrated Leadership and Passion: Strong leadership capabilities, active involvement in extracurricular activities and organizations, and a genuine passion for the FMCG industry are crucial.
• Application Window: Be mindful of the application deadlines. The application period is from 19 September 2025 to 1 October 2025, with the selection process taking place in October and November 2025.
