This position provides invaluable hands-on experience in a critical area of finance. You will be an integral part of a team responsible for the origination, evaluation, underwriting, and distribution of financing for infrastructure, corporate, and leverage deals within the EMEA loan market. This is a chance to gain deep insights into:

  • Market Dynamics: Monitor and analyze trends across various loan asset classes, contributing to proprietary market information databases.
  • Client Engagement: Support the creation of compelling client marketing materials and contribute to strategic marketing efforts.
  • Deal Execution: Gain exposure to the day-to-day activities of primary and secondary loan market transactions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Become adept at using industry-standard systems and platforms, including Bloomberg, DebtDomain, Dealogic, and LoanRadar.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of loan syndication products and market practices through mentorship and shadowing senior team members.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking individuals who are not only academically strong but also possess the drive and personal qualities to thrive in this environment. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree in Banking and/or Finance is also highly valued.
  • A strong, demonstrable interest in financial markets and capital markets products.
  • Solid analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Bloomberg or Reuters is a significant advantage.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, essential for collaborating within our diverse team.

The Selection Process:

  1. An initial interview with our Recruiting & Assessment Center team to evaluate your soft skills and cultural alignment.
  2. Successful candidates will then be invited for a technical interview with the relevant Division, where your specialized knowledge will be assessed.
