Key Responsibilities and What You'll Own:
- Drive Online Sales Performance: Optimize campaigns, promotions, pricing, and onsite merchandising, taking full accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting, and trading insights.
- Strategic Analysis: Analyze sales drivers (traffic, conversion, average order value) and competitor activity to proactively identify risks and opportunities, implementing actions to maximize performance.
- Content & Merchandising Management: Oversee website content, product data, and merchandising to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand initiatives and CRM campaigns.
- Campaign Leadership: Spearhead the planning and execution of diverse campaigns, from new product launches to seasonal promotions, in close collaboration with creative, finance, and marketing teams.
- eCommerce Development: Contribute to the enhancement of the eCommerce platform by building roadmaps, managing bugs, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new features meet strategic requirements.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe, Shopify, and Content Square to generate actionable insights and champion data-led improvements.
- D2C Subscription Growth: Manage the D2C subscription model, stock planning, and range performance to achieve ambitious business growth and customer retention targets.
- Compliance and Project Management: Ensure all campaigns, promotions, and new developments meet regulatory approval (LEX) while efficiently managing multiple projects and confidently presenting performance updates.
What We're Looking For in Our Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, with a solid understanding of website architecture, platforms, plugins, and payment systems.
- A strong aptitude for analyzing commercial and digital KPIs, translating insights into impactful performance improvements.
- Familiarity with logistics, delivery processes, warehousing, back-office systems, and basic stock management principles.
- Proven experience in marketing and planning, with demonstrable project planning and execution skills.
- The ability to perform effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and budget requirements with resilience and accountability.
- A proactive, data-driven mindset coupled with robust problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- A collaborative, optimistic, and adaptable team player with a genuine "can-do" attitude.
