In-House Creative Agency - Creative Producer - VP - London reference: 26932670

Job Purpose: As a Producer, you’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end production of film and video content for all parts of the business as part of the in-house creative team. From thumb-stopping social content through to longer form documentary-style pieces, you’ll get involved in various interesting and exciting projects. You’ll partner with clients across the business to turn their briefs into compelling film and animation content. You will lead the production of each project making sure the output is on brief, on time and on budget. You will report into the Creative Director and work alongside other members of the creative team to develop concepts for a broad range of projects for our internal client base. You will also plan and organise shoots using our in-house production studio facilities and bringing in third party specialists when required. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to take content and creative briefs to understand their film and animation requirements — you’ll then scope and plan each project. Manage all phases of production, including pre-production planning, budgeting, scheduling, location management, voice-over recording, filming, and post-production Oversee and/or execute filming, directing, lighting, sound recording, and editing, ensuring high production quality and consistency Collaborate with internal designers, copywriters, and animators, as well as external vendors, freelancers, and production partners as needed Collaborate with Citi Business, Marketing and IP Legal teams to ensure content has the necessary legal approvals in place to mitigate risk and adhere to regulatory requirements. Ensure all video content complies with financial industry regulations, legal standards, and internal review processes Work with Production Support to maintain and manage production equipment, media assets, and workflows, including archiving and version control Adapt content for multiple platforms and formats, including internal communications, websites, social media, presentations, and paid media Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints in a fast-paced corporate environment Work with clients to measure and analyse video performance, using insights to inform creative decisions and continuous improvement Stay current with video production trends, storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies relevant to corporate and financial communications Experience/Qualifications: You’ll have a contact book brimming with good connections that are capable of producing work to our high standards. You’ll have produced high-quality content for a number of well-known global brands. You’ll have worked in a client-facing role and know how to ensure they understand how a production works (and what needed of them) as part of the process. You’ll be able to deal with the fast-pace of a busy creative studio, managing to balance your projects and deliver them on-time, on-brand and on-budget. You’ll have experience of making social or short-form content and understand how to communicate in short time frames. You’ll be comfortable presenting your ideas to the internal team and also clients. You’ll have experience of briefing and directing other members of the production team and also running pre-production meetings with the client. Skills: Essential: Create ideas and writing treatments for short and long form content Presenting ideas and stories Running a production - managing budgets and timeframes Excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience working at senior levels Excellent verbal and written communication Flexible and responsive manner Technological literacy Preferable: Experience with (and understanding of) financial brands and businesses is a bonus but not essential.
