Lancaster University Leipzig is looking for a motivated and strongly organised Administration Officer to support the academic and operational functions of our growing Campus. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic international environment, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the University.

Working closely with Campus leadership and administrative colleagues, you will support key areas such as finance processing, HR administration, student records, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling a broad range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.
This is currently a full time (minimum 30 hours/week), 3 year fixed-term position, with the intention to develop into a permanent, full-time role as the Campus continues to grow.

Please note this role is a full time, fixed-term post based in Leipzig, Germany and ideally, we would like the appointed candidate to start ideally on 1st February/March 2026 with a 6 months probationary period. The contract is with Lancaster Leipzig GmbH and therefore under German law.
