As the Advertising and Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing iD Mobile's core marketing strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving profitable customer acquisition and maximizing return on investment (ROI), all while elevating the iD brand to increase awareness and consideration among target audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a cross-channel marketing strategy that supports both acquisition and brand growth.
  • Taking ownership of "always-on" digital advertising activities, working closely with the media agency to ensure cost-efficiency, strong on-channel performance, and excellent ROI.
  • Overseeing advertising asset production and media trafficking, effectively managing multiple agencies to meet strict timelines.
  • Nurturing relationships with Creative and Media agencies, providing clear briefs and managing their output to ensure the end-to-end success of both brand and acquisition campaigns.
  • Defining, tracking, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), utilizing data and relevant metrics (reach, impressions, click-through rates, etc.) to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to thoroughly understand marketing objectives and target audiences, conducting research to inform strategic advertising plans that align with overarching business goals.

  • Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a similar or equivalent marketing role.
  • Proven experience in Digital and/or ATL marketing.
  • A strong ability to manage agency and third-party partner relationships effectively.
  • A knack for identifying creative and innovative marketing opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong influencing and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated budget management experience.
  • Experience in managing people is considered a preference.
  • While not essential, experience within the Telecommunications or subscription-based business sector would be a valuable asset.
