### Your Contributions and the Team Environment: This role requires a commitment to upholding Bombardier's high standards of maintenance excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Adhering strictly to the Maintenance Organization Procedures (MOE) and applicable work instructions.
• Prioritizing and complying with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
• Actively participating in 5-S activities to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Performing all assigned tasks safely and efficiently, documenting work accurately against approved maintenance data, such as aircraft maintenance manuals.
• Identifying defective aircraft components and processing them correctly using the Material Return Form.
• Ordering necessary parts through SAP.
• Carrying out maintenance tasks to specified standards under the guidance of Certifying Staff/Support Staff, and proactively reporting any defects or mistakes requiring rectification.
• Properly processing removed, uninstalled, and rejected parts.
• Correcting defects and reporting maintenance errors as necessary.
• Undertaking other assigned duties to support the team's objectives.

• Demonstrated Civil Maintenance Experience: Practical experience in aircraft maintenance is a strong advantage.

• Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnect System) and CDCCL (Critical Design Configuration Control Limitations) where relevant to the tasks.
• Human Factors Expertise: A thorough understanding and practical application of human factors, human performance, and limitations in a maintenance context.
• Technical Aptitude: The ability to interpret and work effectively with engineering drawings.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to clearly articulate task status and any issues encountered.
• Tool Proficiency: Competence in using standard and specialized tools, as well as operating ground support equipment.
• Maintenance Data Adherence: A strong ability to work in accordance with maintenance data and to promptly report any defects or mistakes that could impact required maintenance standards.
• Safety Consciousness: The capability to identify and rectify existing and potential unsafe conditions.
• Critical Task Understanding: Experience in recognizing and performing critical tasks with the utmost attention to detail.
• Basic PC Skills: Proficiency with basic computer operations for documentation and system access.
