Key Contributions Expected:
- Adherence to Excellence: Uphold Bombardier's Maintenance Organization Procedures (MOE) and applicable work instructions, ensuring the highest standards of aviation maintenance.
- Commitment to Safety & Environment: Strictly comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures, contributing to a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Actively participate in 5-S activities to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
- Quality Workmanship: Perform all maintenance tasks safely, accurately, and in a timely manner, meticulously documenting work according to approved maintenance data.
- Component Management: Effectively identify defective aircraft components, process removals, and accurately order necessary parts using SAP.
- Defect Rectification: Under the guidance of Certifying/Support Staff, carry out maintenance tasks, identify and rectify defects, and report any maintenance errors or discrepancies.

This role is well-suited for individuals with a foundational understanding of civil aircraft maintenance and a strong desire to excel. Key attributes and knowledge that will set candidates apart include:
- Experience: Prior civil maintenance experience is a valuable asset.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of Appendix I to Part-66 and Part-145 regulations is essential.
- Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnect System) and CDCCL (Critical Design Configuration Control Limitation) is advantageous.
- Human Factors Awareness: A solid understanding and practical application of human factors, human performance, and limitations in an aviation context.
- Technical Aptitude: The ability to interpret engineering drawings and effectively use standard and special tools, as well as operate ground support equipment.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to report task status and identify/rectify existing and potential unsafe conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to work in accordance with maintenance data and a keen eye for identifying and rectifying defects.
- PC Proficiency: Basic computer skills are necessary for administrative and documentation tasks.
- Critical Task Understanding: Experience in recognizing and managing critical tasks within maintenance operations.
