The Data Solutions Graduate role is multifaceted and engaging, offering a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same. Key responsibilities and learning opportunities include:

  • Data Management & Manipulation: Processing, cleaning, and transforming data using sophisticated internal tools to meet project requirements.
  • Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Analysing datasets for trends and reasonableness, identifying and rectifying data issues to ensure data integrity, and developing efficient solutions for large-scale data challenges.
  • Benefit Calculations: Learning and performing specialist benefit calculations for extensive datasets.
  • Client Focus & Commercial Awareness: Developing an understanding of data gathering complexities, nuances, and best practices, while applying commercial awareness to ensure project delivery within budget and on time.
  • Process Improvement: Contributing to the design and implementation of efficient processes, taking ownership to enhance existing workflows and develop new ones.
  • Client Interaction: Gaining early exposure to clients to support your development and understand their needs.
