What You'll Be Doing:

As a Cyber M&A Associate Director, you will be instrumental in:

• Delivering a comprehensive suite of cyber risk advisory services to the global M&A market.
• Collaborating closely with M&A Cybersecurity Risk advisory teams and Aon Mergers & Acquisitions & Transaction Solutions (AMATS) management to drive project success.
• Ensuring project budgets are met and client deliverables are consistently achieved.
• Continuously enhancing the team's solutions and professional practices.
• Supporting client engagements across the UK and EMEA regions.
• Contributing to development initiatives throughout the region.
• Leveraging a deep understanding of cyber risks across diverse industries (e.g., finance, IT, infrastructure, healthcare) to anticipate and address client needs.
• Adhering to and applying quality assurance standards across all project work.

• Proven experience in consulting, particularly within fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with key cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, and CIS Critical Security Controls.
• Broad cyber knowledge across multiple domains, with a specialization in one or more areas.
• Experience in cyber risk within multiple industry verticals.
• Experience with or a strong understanding of M&A and Private Equity transactions.
• Excellent commercial awareness and adaptability, coupled with outstanding project management and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with OT, IT, SDLC, or Cloud environments.
