Key Considerations for Your Career Path:

• Core Responsibilities: Your day-to-day will involve the management of client accounts, including client service, marketing, and negotiation of Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) business within the Lloyd’s and Company Markets. This includes supporting placing brokers, reviewing and drafting insurance contracts, and signing them via electronic platforms.
• Technical Expertise & Market Acumen: Success in this role requires a proven track record within the PI insurance industry, ideally with an understanding of construction and engineering risks. A sound grasp of London insurance market dynamics, core processes, and FCA regulations is essential.
• Relationship Building: A significant aspect of the role involves building and maintaining strong working relationships with insurance market professionals and underwriters. Effective communication and presentation skills are vital for this.
• Compliance & Risk Management: You will be responsible for working in accordance with Aon's Risk Management Framework and compliance policies, including participating in risk management and completing required training.
