  • Practical Experience: A minimum of 6 months of actual, relevant aircraft or component maintenance experience within any consecutive 2-year period is a prerequisite, showcasing your hands-on capability.
  • Human Factors Awareness: Knowledge and practical application of human factors, human performance, and limitations are essential for safe and efficient operations.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnect System) and CDCCL (Configurable Critical Design Limit Inspection), where relevant, demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of modern aircraft systems.
  • Recency of Experience: Proven experience working on at least one aircraft type for each relevant license (sub)category within the last two years ensures your skills are current and up-to-date.
  • Commitment to Training: Being current on all training requirements, including recurrent and continuation training, is vital for maintaining your certifications and knowledge base.
  • Technical Proficiency: The ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings and a high level of proficiency in using standard and special tools, and operating ground support equipment are core technical skills.
  • Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to report on individual tasks, aircraft status, and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Adherence to Standards: The capability to work in strict accordance with maintenance data and to proactively notify responsible functions of any defects or mistakes requiring rectification is paramount to maintaining safety standards.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in using information systems and general computer skills is expected for documentation and system interaction.
