Youll make sure services run smoothly,efficiently and compliantly, while keeping quality high and customershappy.What youll doOversee food service operations across the main restaurant, satellite outlet and hospitality, ensuring service standards are consistently met and all activities remain compliant with policies and regulations.Drive quality and customer satisfaction to support contract retention.Lead and coach a multi-disciplinary team; set clear expectations, rota effectively and model great service.Maintain high standards of food safety, health & safety and cleanliness; complete checks and records accurately.Manage stock, suppliers and basic reporting to keep the operation cost-effective and well-organised.What were looking forExperience supervising a team in catering, food service or hospitality.A strong customer service mindset and keen attention to detail.Confidence working to compliance standards (food safety and H&S) and following procedures.Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across the site.
