Working to the Head of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), the postholder will play a key role in supporting the development, management, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics as our CRM system – the backbone of our student recruitment and marketing operation.
The role will ensure that CRM automation, data processes and campaigns (student nurturing and engagement) align with institutional student recruitment and marketing objectives. The CRM Officer will support the development, management, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to enhance student engagement, communication, and operational efficiency within the university.
