The Future Student Experience team is looking for a Future Students Experience Administrator to join its passionate, creative and dedicated team.
The role is perfect for someone who excels in administrative tasks and enjoys getting involved in event delivery. The role will support all aspects of delivering the highest quality events, giving the role holder the chance to gain experience and knowledge across a variety of activities and disciplines.
The Future Student Experience team is responsible for delivering the largest events that take place at the university - Undergraduate Open Days. It also delivers Experience Days, Campus Tours, Postgraduate events and virtual events as part of a busy calendar to showcase the university to prospective students.
The Future Students Experience Administrator role will be hands-on helping to deliver all these events, as well as undertaking a variety of administrative duties to support the planning and delivery stages. This will include financial tasks, customer service, stakeholder engagement and liaison and providing support where needed to the Head of Home Recruitment and Events and the Future Students Experience Manager.
We are looking for someone with a solution focused, customer centric attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to communicate with a wide-ranging audience both orally and in writing. They should be highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage their own workload efficiently. A strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel would be highly beneficial.
The nature of this work requires working outside of normal working patterns at evenings and weekends on a semi-regular basis.
The post is offered on a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) contract.
