£29,700* - £37,400* per annum | 30 – 35 days annual leave | 10% in-store discount card | Pension schemeThe purpose of this position is act as a support role in the execution of best in-class brand and trade-driving campaigns to deliver against business strategy and objectives. You'll work with Campaign managers to support the production and delivery of through the line campaigns, managing product samples and signing off on campaign assets.
What you'll do Working closely with the Planning team to ensure relevant products are supported through relevant campaignsLiaising with Buying teams to order and manage product samples for shoots and providing admin support to the Campaigns team where requiredCollating assets and product informationEnsuring all marketing materials have been through the necessary sign off processes with internal stakeholders, and that all information and prices are accurate, meeting internal and industry guidelinesWorking with agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring all campaigns, content and projects are delivered on time across all channelsManaging campaign documents ensuring information is relevant and kept up to date (Campaign book, Events theme planner, Marketing huddle status etc.), filing decks and campaign assets as well as weekly competitor reportsLead with a cost-awareness culture, raising POs and reporting spend to the Campaign managerWhat you'll need Experience in a fast-paced role with multi-tasking and prioritisingStrong interpersonal and social skillsGood understanding of marketing channels and contentStrong Excel/Google Sheets skillsExperience of project management tools such as AsanaWhat you'll receive 30 days holiday (pro rata)10% in-store discountEnhanced family leaveContributory pension schemePlus more of the perks you deserve*includes 10% non-contractual London Weighting allowance.
