Key Responsibilities to Excel In:
- Delivering efficient and friendly service to customers on the shop floor and at service points.
- Maintaining store presentation through tidiness and effective stock management.
- Actively contributing to achieving daily sales targets and promoting special offers.
- Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations.
- Developing strong product knowledge to effectively sell and promote M&S offerings.
- Utilizing training provided to master digital tools and communication channels.

Important Considerations for Your Application:
- Work Pattern: The standard work pattern is Saturday 11:00-15:00 and Sunday 12:00-16:00.
- Peak Season Requirements: Please note that due to operational needs, successful candidates will be required to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing December 14th and December 21st.
- Unsocial Hours Premium: The additional £3.00 per hour premium for unsocial hours is applicable only to hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
