Key Responsibilities You'll Embrace:

• Providing efficient and friendly service to customers on the shop floor and at service points.
• Maintaining impeccable store cleanliness and ensuring shelves are consistently stocked and appealing.
• Contributing to the achievement of daily sales targets and actively promoting special offers and selling opportunities.
• Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalized recommendations.
• Building and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge to effectively sell and promote M&S Food items.
• Utilizing training to master digital tools and communication channels to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Important Considerations for Applicants:

The work pattern for this role is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 04:00 to 08:00. Due to the early morning hours and to comply with health and safety legislation, candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
