Are you passionate about creating content that connects, inspires, and delivers impact?
In a sector known for safe, interchangeable marketing, Lincoln has chosen a different path — one that System1, the marketing effectiveness company, recently described as “expertly avoiding the dreaded dull.” Our ‘University of No Regrets’ platform reflects that shift: confident, culturally aware, and built for a generation that expects clarity, creativity, and proof.
We’re looking for a Content Strategist to help us deliver on that promise. This is a pivotal role in shaping how the University tells its story — turning insight into strategies that connect, inspire, and convert.
What you’ll do:
Develop and deliver content strategies that support recruitment, brand, and engagement priorities.Lead content planning cycles and maintain a central content calendar.Use analytics and audience insight to refine messaging and improve performance.Collaborate across marketing, digital, and engagement teams to ensure consistency and impact.Promote on behalf of the University, the creation of high-quality, accessible and inclusive content. What you’ll bring:
Experience developing and delivering content strategies in a marketing or communications environment.Strong understanding of audience segmentation, storytelling, and digital platforms.Ability to interpret data and performance insights to inform decisions.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.A collaborative, proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to work in a creative, ambitious environment where your ideas will help shape how we engage with future students and wider audiences. If you’re analytical, creative, and confident working across teams, we’d love to hear from you.
