Now, we’re looking for a Social & Engagement Manager to lead the next stage of our digital journey.
The Role
This is your chance to take the reins of our social media presence and online engagement strategy — turning insight into impact and conversation into conversion. You’ll lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of social and digital engagement activity across our channels, ensuring everything we do supports recruitment, reputation, and engagement goals.
You’ll:
Develop and deliver a social media strategy that reflects our brand and audience priorities.Build active, positive communities across key platforms through authentic communication.Create and curate engaging content — from video and photography to social-first campaigns — that resonates with prospective students and advocates.Monitor performance, analyse trends, and use insight to drive continuous improvement.Act as the University’s lead specialist in social media, promoting best practice and supporting colleagues and ambassadors.What You’ll Bring
Experience managing corporate or large-scale social media channels.A strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and audience behaviour.Creative flair and cultural awareness — you know what makes content shareable and conversations meaningful.Skills in analytics and reporting to measure success and inform strategy.Confidence to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and sound judgement.Why Lincoln?
