We’re now looking for a Schools and Colleges Outreach Liaison to join our Marketing and Communications team and play a hands-on role in delivering that mission.
This is a role for someone who loves being out in the world — visiting schools and colleges, working with young people, and bringing the University to life through engaging conversations, activities and events. From campus visits and taster days to careers fairs and regional events, you’ll be right at the heart of how prospective students experience Lincoln.
The brief?
Help plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality outreach that inspires students, supports progression to higher education, and strengthens Lincoln’s reputation. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the University, alongside student ambassadors, teachers and advisers, to create welcoming, professional and memorable experiences.
What you’ll do:
Deliver outreach and recruitment events in schools, colleges and on campusRepresent Lincoln at fairs and external events with energy and confidenceBuild positive relationships with teachers, advisers and partnersSupport student ambassadors and academic colleagues in deliveryCoordinate bookings, communications and event logisticsTrack activity and feedback to help improve future outreachWhat you’ll bring:
