As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between Currys and its valued business partners, corporate customers, and in-store business hubs.   • Becoming a knowledgeable expert on various customer service aspects, such as refunds, credit inquiries, network tariffs, returns, handset exchanges, bill queries, invoices, ownership transfers, and SIM swaps.
  • Professionally handling inbound calls, emails, and social media inquiries with a polite, accurate, and efficient approach.
  • Developing solutions that best meet customer needs while balancing financial objectives and delivering world-class service, often requiring creative problem-solving.
  • Building strong rapport and lasting relationships with customers, while meticulously adhering to data protection and compliance procedures.
  • Ensuring all customer queries are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintaining a high standard of service throughout.
