Diagnostic Lead for Thailand

Are you ready to shape the future of diagnostics in healthcare? As a Diagnostic Lead, you'll set the long-term vision and integrated strategy for Diagnostics across the business unit. Your role will drive above-therapeutic area planning, innovation, capability building, and policy shaping to maximize patient care and business value. With a focus on high-level cross-therapeutic and multi-region diagnostics strategy, you'll be responsible for resource allocation, external influence, and policy advocacy. Accountabilities:

What you'll do:- Develop and direct diagnostics strategy at the highest level, prioritizing cross-therapeutic area objectives and future market opportunities above specific therapy areas.- Lead strategic planning cycles above the therapy area level, allocating resources, setting priorities, and shaping the multi-year roadmap for the entire diagnostics portfolio.- Build and sustain high-impact relationships with key external stakeholders, including pathologists, scientific officers, molecular biologists, regulatory agencies, industry partners, and healthcare consortia.- Represent Diagnostics in senior cross-functional leadership forums, government and regulatory discussions, and industry collaborations, advocating for favorable policy and reimbursement to increase patient access.- Define and assure delivery of Diagnostics KPIs for the business unit, leveraging multi-source insights to inform organizational strategy.- Mentor and develop Diagnostic Managers and field teams, fostering excellence, collaboration, and succession planning.

Essential Skills/Experience:- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, MSc, or equivalent) in life sciences or related field- 10+ years experience at senior levels with strong track record in strategy, external leadership, and multi-therapy program development
