Are you ready to lead the charge in launching a groundbreaking new asset in the cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic portfolio? As the Franchise Lead for CVRM, you'll own the end-to-end launch strategy and commercial execution, building market presence, accelerating adoption, and maximizing revenue and market share. This role combines strategic planning with go-to-market execution, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver a high-impact launch. You'll set an ambitious vision, challenge the status quo, and make bold, data-driven decisions to accelerate access, adoption, and competitive advantage. Accountabilities

Launch Readiness Governance: Establish and chair cross-functional launch governance with clear stage gates and decision rights.Integrated Launch Plan: Build a comprehensive launch plan covering evidence dissemination, access milestones, supply, and more.Market Development & Disease Education: Shape the market through unbranded disease education and stakeholder engagement.Go-to-Market Model Design: Define the winning GTM architecture linked to segment economics and care pathway dynamics.Segmentation, Targeting & Territory Design: Optimize territory models to maximize share and ROI.Evidence-to-Value Translation: Partner with Medical Affairs and Market Access to convert evidence into value messages.Access, Pricing & HEOR Collaboration: Co-develop pricing strategy and support HTA submissions.Promotional Strategy & Compliance: Lead omnichannel promotional strategy within promotional codes.Field Readiness & Enablement: Deliver role-based training and implement tools for objection handling.KOL, Society, and Advocacy Engagement: Map and engage KOLs and patient groups.Post-Launch Optimization & Lifecycle: Run test–learn–scale cycles on messaging and channels.Analytics & Performance Management: Define KPIs/OKRs and lead performance reviews.Supply, Distribution & Patient Support: Coordinate demand planning and adherence support.

Essential Skills/Experience

- 7–10+ years in pharma commercial roles with 3+ years leading pharmaceutical launches (preferably CVRM) and cross-functional launch governance.- Demonstrated GTM model design and market development experience, strong partnership with Medical Affairs, Market Access and cross functional team.- Proven people leadership, decisive execution, and executive communication; proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, BI, and secondary data.

Desirable Skills/Experience

- Track record launching outcome driven. global/regional launch experience.- Omnichannel and field force effectiveness expertise; formal training in coaching, and change leadership.
