About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Director of Academic Registry, guiding critical University functions through a period of innovation and renewal. With a new Student Records System and emerging AI-enabled tools, this is a unique opportunity to modernise the way we support the student experience.

You will lead a high-performing department responsible for the full student lifecycle, from enrolment and assessment to records, timetabling and academic governance, ensuring our services are effective, future-focused and grounded in sector best practice.If you are an inspiring leader with a passion for operational excellence, collaboration and the student experience, we would love to hear from you.

About You

As Director of Academic Registry, you will have:

A strong understanding of academic regulations, student lifecycle processes, and sector-wide developmentsExcellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skillsHigh level digital literacy, including student records systems and data complianceSignificant experience of leading operational services in a student-focused environmentExperience of contributing to strategic planning and translating vision into operational outcomesExperience of developing and implementing systems and processes to enhance service delivery A proven track record of managing teams through change and service improvement
