Unlock Your Potential as an EHS&C Manager

Are you a dedicated Environmental, Health, Safety & Compliance (EHS&C) professional looking for a role that offers significant impact and strategic influence? This EHS&C Manager position presents a compelling opportunity to lead and shape critical governance, compliance, and assurance programs across multiple sites. If you are driven by a passion for upholding the highest EHS standards and ensuring seamless alignment with contractual obligations, client policies, and local regulations, this role is designed for you.

Key Advantages for Your Career Path:

  • Strategic Leadership: Take ownership of a comprehensive EHS&C program, from establishing and maintaining robust Health & Safety Management Systems (HSMS) to driving proactive risk assessment and incident management.
  • Broad Scope of Responsibility: This role offers exposure to a diverse range of EHS&C functions, including Business Continuity Planning, subcontractor prequalification, and IT security breach notification, providing a holistic understanding of operational safety.
  • Direct Impact on Business Outcomes: Your performance in this role will directly influence critical KPIs and Fee-at-Risk outcomes, showcasing the tangible value you bring to the organization and its clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with a wide array of stakeholders, including Global Security, Procurement, Legal, and customer EHS&S teams, fostering a collaborative environment and expanding your professional network.
  • Continuous Improvement Focus: Drive the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), ensuring lessons learned are integrated to prevent recurrence and elevate safety performance.
  • Audit and Assurance Expertise: Develop and execute a rolling assurance plan, leading self-audits and supporting internal and external audits, thereby enhancing your expertise in compliance verification.

Key Considerations for Aspiring Candidates:

  • Proactive Risk Management: A strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and the ability to translate these into actionable control measures and a comprehensive Site Risk Register are paramount.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to ensure all significant safety risks are communicated within a tight 4-hour window, and cyber/security breaches within 24 hours, demands clear, concise, and rapid communication protocols.
  • Systematic Approach to HSMS: Establishing and maintaining a documented HSMS aligned with international standards requires a systematic and detail-oriented approach to policy development and implementation.
  • Business Continuity Acumen: Experience in developing and aligning site-level emergency preparedness and business continuity plans with contractual requirements will be highly beneficial.
  • Subcontractor Oversight: This role involves a crucial element of ensuring subcontractor EHS compliance, requiring a diligent approach to prequalification and ongoing monitoring.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: A commitment to data accuracy and completeness is essential, particularly in contributing to monthly Performance Management Reports (PMRs) and ensuring alignment with contractual reporting standards.

This EHS&C Manager position is an exceptional platform for professionals seeking to excel in a dynamic and critical function. If you are ready to take on a role that demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and you are committed to achieving zero material EHS non-compliance events, we encourage you to explore this exciting opportunity.
