Faculty Senior Tutor (Medicine & Health)

This role is open to University of Leeds employees within the Faculty of Medicine and Health only

This role is being introduced primarily to support the continued development across the Faculties of the institutional APT transformation project, following the APT design sprint series in 2025. Whilst we currently have APT Leads across most Schools/departments, it is acknowledged that many of the staff in these roles are already facing significant workload pressures in managing the day-to-day oversight of APT in their areas.

This role is therefore being introduced specifically to support each Faculty and the Schools/departments within it to be involved in, facilitate and support the wider institutional transformation project, including the upskilling of APTs in line with these enhancements. The Faculty Senior APTs will work collaboratively with one another, with School-level APT Leads and with the University Lead for APT as a cross-university network to develop, pilot, evaluate and embed positive developments to APT during the term of the role.
