About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to work at #TeamEMR as a Fleet Delivery Team Leader. Reporting to the Fleet Operations Delivery Manager, The Fleet Delivery Team Leader is responsible for the leadership and supervision of the Line of Route team including the Fleet Delivery St Pancras team. You'll play a key role in the consistent running, reporting and delivery of the line of route teams.
In this role you will:
Be required to Lead the Line of route teams from all depots on EMR routes.The team leader will be required to carry out audits of process, work activities & staff work abilitiesResponsibility for safety briefings, competency and development of the teamEnsure the working environment is safe and maintained, including weather precautions.Attend to fault finding and failures of units throughout the routeSQR monitoring of trains through travel of the full line of routeEnsure all work is carried out to defined quality and safety standardsAbout you
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Traction Competency of EMR fleet Experience of leading and supervising teams. A strong communicator with the proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.Excellent written, verbal, and numerical skills.PTS and DP.
