What the Opportunity Entails:
This is a crucial and hands-on position within a busy goods-in receipting area. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, organizing, and allocating all consumable equipment and laboratory goods deliveries for the Institute.
- Coordinating and documenting incoming deliveries.
- Managing a goods-in desk for the efficient distribution of materials.
- Handling postal and telephone inquiries.
- Accurately entering and checking data, primarily using Microsoft Excel.
- Ordering essential consumables.
- Providing cover for front-of-house reception duties.
