What you can look forward to as HR System Specialist:

Implementation Project (Support the implementation of Workday, working closely with the HR Project Lead. Act as a key contributor in system configuration, testing, and rollout activities. Provide input and feedback on system design and functionality to optimize the implementation process) User Support and Troubleshooting (Provide first-level support for users experiencing system issues. Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve technical problems efficiently) Release Management and Testing (Perform detailed technical and functional analysis of system updates/releases. Prepare test scenarios, execute testing, and document results to ensure successful rollouts. Support in providing operational input for the strategic review of releases) System Administration (Manage day-to-day system configurations and data integrity. Ensure the smooth functioning of interfaces between the HRIS and other systems) Process Execution and Optimization (Implement process changes based on strategic decisions. Provide recommendations for system-based improvements to enhance operational efficiency) Documentation and Training (Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, updates, and support activities. Conduct training sessions and create user guides for system changes and updates) Vendor Coordination (Act as the primary point of contact for vendors on operational topics. Monitor system performance and report issues to the vendor) Reporting and Data Management (Prepare regular reports on system performance, support tickets, and data integrity. Assist in the preparation of analytics dashboards)

Your profile as HR System Specialist:

Experience in HR systems administration or HRIT (ideally Workday) Strong understanding of HR processes and data management Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
