Key Considerations for Candidates:

  • Extensive Experience Required: This role demands over 10 years of experience in residential property management, with a preference for those with backgrounds in new-build or Private Rented Sector (PRS) environments.
  • Proven Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrable experience leading multi-site teams and managing complex portfolios is essential. Experience building and scaling property management teams, particularly those previously siloed, is highly valued.
  • UK Property Compliance Expertise: A robust understanding of UK property management regulations, including health & safety and tenancy law, is critical. Membership with ARLA or TPI is a significant advantage.
  • System Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of property management systems such as Qube and Fixflo is a key requirement.
  • High Growth Environment Acumen: Experience operating within a high-growth environment and the ability to manage dynamic operational levers will be crucial for success.
  • Hybrid Working Model: The role operates on a hybrid model, requiring at least four days per week (or 80% of time) to be spent at one of the office sites. Candidates should be comfortable with this arrangement.
  • Out of Hours Responsibility: As part of the role, you will be involved in an out-of-hours escalation team overseeing an outsourced partner.
