Key Responsibilities and Your Contribution:

As an ITOC Analyst, you will be at the heart of IT operational management. Your core duties will include:

• Proactively managing the ITOC ticket queue, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT events.
• Detecting, triaging, escalating, and tracking IT events through to their successful conclusion.
• Collaborating closely with third-party vendors to ensure clear ownership and swift progress on event resolution.
• Maintaining daily IT operational checklists, system schedules, and service reports.
• Communicating service events in a professional, timely, and effective manner to all relevant stakeholders.
