What You'll Contribute:
In this role, you will be a vital support to the International Sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and the wider sales team.
- Managing data and system administration, ensuring smooth operations for RSMs and Proposal Administrators.
- Preparing detailed maintenance proposals using the Maximo system.
- Conducting thorough analysis of customer work scopes against Maintenance Planning Documents (like iMPD/MPD).
- Revising proposals based on customer work orders and supporting RSMs with proposal follow-ups and expediting.
- Facilitating the flow of data to other departments as required.
