ABOUT THE ROLE Hello, and thank you for your interest in leading the Landscaping department at the Leckford Estate. This is a key leadership role where you will be tasked with transforming the department into a highly profitable and efficient business unit. We are looking for an inspiring manager who can combine commercial acumen with a passion for horticulture. The ideal candidate will have: * Extensive experience in team leadership and development * A track record of driving sales and commercial success * The flair and innovation to engage customers and deliver exceptional landscaping projects and customer service In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.50 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
