The Opportunity
As a Management Accountant at Babcock, you will be instrumental in supporting the growth of the Liquid Gas Equipment (LGE) business. Key Responsibilities and Daily Activities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the leadership team, providing insightful monthly reporting and variance analysis.
- Oversee the month-end close process, diligently analyzing financial and non-financial data to present clear results to key stakeholders.
- Support subsidiary entities with crucial financial transactions and tax-related matters.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality documentation.
- Develop and manage rolling forecasts for revenue, profit, and cash flow, providing crucial forward-looking financial insights.
