Key Responsibilities at a Glance:

  • Portfolio Governance & Strategy: Develop and maintain the marketing project portfolio roadmap, facilitate governance forums, and ensure effective prioritization.
  • Project Oversight & Delivery: Monitor progress, risks, and interdependencies across the marketing portfolio, ensuring consistent project management standards.
  • Change Management: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies.
  • Financial & Resource Management: Track portfolio budgets, forecasts, and benefits realization, ensuring financial discipline.
