What Youll Do as a P&C Administrator
In your role, youll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Heres a flavour of your day-to-day:
Manage the Speak Up case management platform — log, categorise, track, and close cases in line with SLAs, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and audit‑ready documentation.Coordinate case handling and triage — work closely with regional People Services, Legal, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders to route cases appropriately and ensure consistent, compliant resolution.Prepare reports and support audits — deliver regular/ad hoc dashboards and insights for leadership and regulators and provide prompt documentation for internal and external audits.Support policy, compliance, and process improvement — contribute to policy updates, SOP development, risk assessments, and find opportunities for workflow automation.Provide administrative and data management support — maintain training records, manage document control, assist with compliance projects, and support People Services with data entry and reporting.What Youll Get

What Youll Bring

Experience with P&C systems, particularly Workday, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Previous experience in a similar P&C/HR support role, with a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to work.Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, working independently and using sound initiative.Strong planning, organisational, and coordination skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a positive, energetic, and can‑do attitude.A P&C qualification is desirable and considered an advantage.Does this sound like you?
