As a Prada Client Advisor, your primary mission is to orchestrate an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience.   • Sales Excellence: Drive individual sales performance to exceed targets and maximize personal contributions to the overall success of the boutique.
  • KPI Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed Key Performance Indicator goals, ensuring the highest standards of sales quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Brand Expertise: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Prada's products, rich history, culture, and unique DNA.
  • Relationship Building: Proactively capture and manage client data within the Company CRM to nurture relationships, offer personalized experiences, and identify future opportunities.
  • Omni-Channel Integration: Embrace and actively promote an omni-channel mindset, providing a seamless and integrated experience for clients across all touchpoints.
  • Luxury Market Acumen: Cultivate extensive knowledge of the luxury fashion landscape, staying informed on current trends and competitor activities to provide insightful advice to clients.
  • Problem Resolution: Take ownership of client concerns, liaising with management and the Client Service team to ensure swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Product Stewardship: Handle all products with the utmost care and respect.
  • Digital Engagement: Actively utilize company digital tools to deliver a complete and integrated luxury experience.
  • Client Engagement: Host and conduct appointments with clients, both in person and virtually, leveraging technology for engaging interactions.
  • Operational Collaboration: Work in synergy with the Back of House team, contributing to daily store operations and maintaining an organized stockroom.
  • Procedural Adherence: Uphold company procedures for operational guidelines, stock management, security, cash handling, inventory, logistics, and reporting, proactively ensuring compliance.
  • Team Synergy: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and contributing to a consistently exceptional client experience, while embracing diversity and inclusion.

  • Luxury Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury or premium brand environment.
  • Client Service Acumen: A strong understanding of delivering exceptional luxury customer service.
  • Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Teamwork & Autonomy: Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
