We make it, store it, move it, sell it, and mend it.  About your team: The Chief Customer Office (CCO) exists to drive commercial growth across all of Centrica Retail through focus on world class customer experience and highly attractive and compelling product and service propositions.  About your role: As Programme Delivery Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of various strategic customer and CX programs. Your responsibilities will include monitoring performance, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll carefully plan and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve our goals. In essence, you will transform big ideas into reality, helping to ensure the best outcomes are delivered efficiently and sustainably across the CCO key customer strategy and CX priorities. What will you be doing? Oversee the end-to-end completion of multi-workstream programs, ensuring progress adheres to scope, timelines, budget, and KPIs. Develop and manage integrated program plans, delivery roadmaps, and resourcing strategies. Track delivery milestones and ensure timely escalation of risks, issues, or delays. Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, working closely with Digital Product, CX, Commercial, and Operational stakeholders. Maintain communication by preparing appropriate inputs for programme governance boards and executive forums. Monitor financial performance against business case expectations and support benefits realization tracking. Align program activity to change readiness, resource planning, and business integration milestones. Ensure adherence to programme governance, delivery assurance standards, and risk controls. Adjust plans in response to changes, maintaining delivery momentum while managing complexity. Support collaboration and alignment between dependent projects and wider Centrica-Retail transformation initiatives. Here's what we’re looking for: Degree/relevant experience in Programme/Project Management, Business, or related field (required)  Delivery certifications (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, SAFe, PMP, AgilePM) are highly desirable  Additional training in business case management, change delivery, or governance is advantageous  Solid experience in program and/or large project delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.  Ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and track performance across multiple projects. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models and able to flex across both.  Proven skills in stakeholder management and governance navigation.  Effective problem-solving, communication, and negotiation capabilities.  Financial and benefits tracking skills to monitor investment performance   * Please note that the hiring manager for this role is Faye Berry, if you have and questions or need any further information, please do reach out to Faye.
