About the role:
This is an exciting and varied role which requires excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt and prioritise workload effectively. The primary focus of this role will be to support financial and administrative processes within the School of Science and the Environment, providing support to researchers and academic staff. The successful candidate will be a keen problem-solver with excellent communication and organisational skills, have strong digital capabilities and will demonstrate a willingness to embrace positive change, promote consistency, and share best practices. The successful candidate will be able to work well using their own initiative, thrive on planning ahead, and acknowledge and value working as part of a team.
This role will be part time, 18.5 hours and based at our St Johns Campus. The pattern of work can be flexible with agreement by the School Manager. After the initial three-month training period, hybrid working is a possibility (typically 1 day per week).

Appointees of Uniworc Limited will automatically be enrolled into the Aviva FlexHE defined contribution pension scheme (subject to earnings and other eligibility criteria).
