Your role will be to support the provision of the quality of training courses at HMNB Clyde under the Selborne contract for the Royal Navy. Job title: Quality Assurance Administrator Job Description: What youâll be doing: Carrying out Post Course Discussions (PCDs) with trainees on complete of training courses Providing feedback questionnaires to instructional staff and trainees, and to process the responses Undertaking Quality Assurance activities in support of statical analysis, including the production of quality reports as part of the training analysis program Providing analytical feedback Following up investigations resulting from the data supplied What weâre looking for: Strong experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word and MS forms to manipulate data and to present statistical information accordingly Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidance Comfortable interacting with Royal Navy personnel at all levels/ranks Ability to adhere to processes with strong attention to detail Any quality assurance/analysis experience would be highly beneficial Ability to undergo a weeks training in Portsmouth in the first few weeks (paid for) Must be able to obtain UK SC clearance About Selborne: Selborne is a £1 billion, 12-year contract which commenced operations on 1 April 2021. It is a strategic partnership between Team Fisher (a consortium of partners, led by Capita) and the Royal Navy, to transform 80% of shore-based training for sailors, submariners and marines.
