The Role As Revenue Management Manager, you will lead pricing and inventory strategy for the UK market, driving revenue and market performance across both brands. You will manage a small team of analysts and work closely with senior stakeholders in Operations, Fleet and Sales. Key Responsibilities Deliver and exceed revenue and market targets Lead and develop a team of Revenue Management Analysts Set and maintain effective pricing and rate structures Monitor forecasts, optimisation tools and pricing performance Partner with Sales, Digital and Operations to maximise contribution Track competitors and market trends, providing insight and recommendations About You Strong background in Revenue Management, Pricing or Analytics (ideally car rental or travel) Experience managing a small team Advanced Excel skills; Python/SQL a plus Commercially minded, analytical and proactive Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills What We Offer Generous Leave: 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
