Working model: 3/2 hybrid working plus occasional travel

Why this job matters

As a Senior Contract Manager, you’ll take the lead on high-impact contracts for the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and Home Office—two of the UK government’s largest departments and among BT’s most significant customers. You’ll play a key role in safeguarding contract value, managing risk, ensuring the delivery of contractual commitments, and building strong relationships. You’ll also lead a small team across these major managed contracts.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading a contract management team of 5 responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the MoJ and Home Office contracts.• Shaping and influencing the strategic direction and financial performance of the contracts.• Managing senior stakeholder relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for all contractual and commercial matters.• Driving additional value through effective change management and continuous improvement.
