Senior Lecturer in Medical Education

The Lincoln Medical School is proud to have recruited its first cohort of Gateway Year medical students, with the first year of the five-year medical degree starting from September 2026. 

We are looking to recruit a dedicated and motivated medical educator to work across delivery of the programmes, with a particular focus on the Gateway Year and widening access to medical careers. Joining our team means contributing to a supportive culture where innovation in medical education thrives.

In this role you will teach across fundamental subjects such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, genetics, alongside academic and study skills support. You will be are encouraged to use innovative and varied teaching techniques, working with small to medium sized cohorts to maximise students’ potential.
