We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our award winning and well-established Student Wellbeing Team as a Student Wellbeing Assistant on a part-time basis (17 hours per week, term time only). The Student Wellbeing Centre offers advice, guidance and support with any difficulties students may face during their academic studies.
This is an exciting role within the department, where you'll often be our first point of contact dealing with enquiries over the phone, via email as well as in person. Experience of working in a busy office environment and delivering a high standard of customer service is therefore essential for this role. You will also provide a wide range of administrative support, contributing to the effective delivery of administrative processes and procedures.
In support of our commitment to developing colleagues by providing opportunities for internal movement and promotion, applications for this opportunity will only be accepted from people who are currently employed by the University of Lincoln, our current students, and any currently engaged agency workers who have been with us for more than 12 weeks. We actively encourage applications from all colleagues across the University with the relevant skills and experience.
If you believe this is the role for you, we would love to hear from you. If you would like further information or an informal discussion about this exciting opportunity, please contact Adam Jacklin, Office Manager, at [email protected].
