The job itself

This is an exciting opportunity to jooin the Healthy Homes Team.

You will be part of a team aiding in the delivery of a comprehensive service allowing vunerable people to remain living in a safe, warm and adapted home. The post holder will enable the improvement of the health and well beign of our residents by delivering grant funded schemes providing disabled aids and adaptations alaong with advice and support.

We are looking for someone who is innovative, positive with a can do attitude, has plenty of enthusiasm and the motivation to deliver. The successful candidate will have a good level of general education and experience of working both in the Building industry and with the general public. You will work closely with the Technical Team and the caseworker team under the supervision of the level 3 Technical Officer to produce plans and costings for adaptation works required and also the Occupational Therapy team providing the referrals.

You must have excellent organisational, communication and IT skills and able to liase with a range of partners to deliver the best outcome for clients. A standard DBS check will be required.
