  • Professional Growth: Opportunities to develop skills in statutory childcare, complex legal proceedings, and inter-agency working.

What We're Looking For: Essential Skills and Experience

We are seeking individuals who possess:

  • Strong Decision-Making: A clear understanding of statutory duties and responsibilities in children's social work.
  • Statutory Experience: Proven experience in statutory childcare, including working with Child in Need Plans, Child Protection Plans, and navigating Public Law Care Proceedings, Private Law Proceedings, and Adoption.
  • Relationship Building: The ability to forge strong, empathetic relationships with children, parents, carers, and their networks.
  • Effective Communication: Confident communication skills to build rapport and convey information clearly and compassionately.
